NONCONFORMING USES AND BUILDINGS

§ 153.295 PURPOSE.

The provisions of this subchapter are intended to implement the provisions of the General Plan by limiting the number of nonconforming structures, buildings, uses and lots and the extent of nonconf

For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

§ 153.297 CONTINUATION OF EXISTING USES AND STRUCTURES.

For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

A nonconforming use, nonconforming lot, nonconforming structure or nonconforming building may be continued in existence, except as otherwise provided in this subchapter.
