HILLSIDE DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
§ 153.135 PURPOSE.
The purposes of this subchapter are:
(A) To preserve and enhance the scenic quality and resources of the Town's hillside areas;
§ 153.136 APPLICABILITY.
The regulations set forth in this subchapter shall apply:
(A) For the purpose of determining the minimum percent of each lot to remain in a natural state for the following:
§ 153.137 AVERAGE GROUND SLOPE.
