Revision Applications - Effective March 1, 2012

RE: Submittal requirements for all revision applications
 

In an effort to better serve you, the Town will require the following to be submitted with all revision applications:


 Identify all permit(s) that are being revised. Permit records can be looked up at: http://weblink.woodsidetown.org/etrakit2/Search.aspx?grp=permit.

 Provide an itemized transmittal letter describing all proposed plan revisions. The letter shall identify the proposed changes to each Town assigned permit number as well as identifying the plan sheet(s) the proposed revision(s) is located on.


 Identify all revisions with a cloud and corresponding delta revision date.


The Town will assign a revision number to each permit that is proposed to be revised. To check the status of the plan review, please use the above link. Fees may be paid when the plans have been approved and are ready to be picked up.
