Public Meeting Notice

The Town has completed a draft update to the Residential Design Guidelines. The principal goal of the Guidelines is to advise homeowners and designers about ways to locate and design development that preserves the rural character of the community and its natural setting.

The Town will also be discussing proposed changes to the Woodside Municipal Code, including Sections 153.220- 153.231, which set forth the procedures for Design Review.

The following public hearing schedule has been set to be held at Town Hall, Independence Hall, 2955 Woodside Road:

Architectural and Site Review Board: Monday, May 21, 2012, 4:30 P.M.

Planning Commission: Wednesday, June 20,2012, 7:30 P.M.

Town Council: Tuesdays, July 10, 2012 and July 24, 2012, 7:30 P.M.
