The scope of work includes removal and replacement of a utility cabinet, and addition of two new cabinets; addition of a new H-frame with six new remote radio units, two PBC-02 units, three antennas, and two new 4-inch conduits; and upgrade from 100 amp panel to 200 amp panel.  Planner: Jackie C. CUSE2012-0011: Review for approval/denial of a Conditional Use Permit to modify the ground-mounted equipment at an existing wireless facility. The project proposes to: 1) add one equipment cabinet; 2) add one new GPS antenna; 3) add several remote radio units; and 4) add new coaxial cable to an equipment pad in the public right-of-way near the intersection of Cañada Lane and La Questa Way, which services a power pole housing AT&T wireless antennae. Planner: Jackie C. APPEALS

The applicant or any other interested person may make an appeal to the Town Council on any decision of the Planning Commission by filing an application for appeal with the Town Clerk.  All application for appeals shall be received by the Town Clerk no later than ten calendar days following the date of the action on which such appeal is being taken and must be accompanied by the required fee.  Refer to Section 153.335 through 153.338 of the Woodside Municipal Code.

ANY WRITINGS OR DOCUMENTS PROVIDED TO A MAJORITY OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION REGARDING ANY ITEM ON THIS AGENDA WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC INSPECTION AT THE ADMINISTRATION COUNTER AT TOWN HALL LOCATED AT 2955 WOODSIDE ROAD DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS.
