Meetings:
ASRB meets on the first and third Mondays of each month at
4:30 p.m., Independence Hall, 2955 Woodside Rd, except for
cancellations due to legal holidays or the August recess.
Independence Hall is located directly adjacent to Town Hall
at 2955 Woodside Rd.
Special meetings may occur, and will be noticed per applicable state and local laws.

Members:
The seven
members are appointed to staggered four-year terms by the
Town Council. The Municipal Code encourages the appointment
of a licensed architect and a licensed landscape architect
to two seats of the board, if available for appointment.

Purpose:
The Architectural and Site Review Board (ASRB) reviews
applications for site design and recommends to the Planning
Director the approval or disapproval of applications, and
suggests modifications or imposes conditions in accordance
with the standards set forth in the Woodside Municipal Code
(Sections 153.220 to 153.230). The Code charges the ASRB with
ensuring that development preserves the rural character and
natural beauty of the Town and complies with the requirements
of the Municipal Code and the General Plan.
